About meI have always loved books. I was that kid who was always reading, who would use a torch under the duvet after my parents had made me turn my light out.
After completing two degrees in English literature at the University of York, I have made my career in publishing, first in-house for academic publishers and now as a freelance editor and proofreader. As a freelancer I have worked with academic publishers, students and independent authors. All have their own challenges and are rewarding in different ways. |
Why Snowflower Editorial?
I wanted to choose a name that reflected the genre I’ve chosen to specialise in as well as what I do. For my own fantasy world, I’ve created a number of flora and fauna to play various roles, and the snowflower was one of them. I thought it sounded prettier than Moon-wort Editorial!
